Spathiphyllum is a plant that is particularly valuable at home in the autumn and winter. Not only does it look amazing and decorate interiors beautifully, but above all it is known for its air-purifying properties. Therefore, it is worth placing it in the bedrooms or living room. Spathiphyllum is a potted plant with beautiful green leaves, but also white flowers. However, for the Spathiphyllum to bloom, it should be planted regularly. For this purpose, I use homemade Spathiphyllum conditioner, which I prepare from banana peels. It is not only easy to prepare and cheap, but also very effective because it is a rich source of potassium and phosphorus, ingredients necessary for the plant to bloom. How do I prepare this one? I cut the banana peel into small pieces or blend it and place it in a liter jar. I fill it with hot water and leave it for two days. After this time, I water the plant. I repeat the treatment every 2 weeks.

Spathiphyllum care is not too complicated. All you need to do is follow a few rules regarding irrigation and the appropriate location to keep the Spathiphyllum green and blooming. Here they are:
- Place the plant in a place that is not very sunny (window sills are not suitable).
- Avoid places exposed to drafts, because the Spathiphyllum does not like them.
- Water it regularly – the soil should be moist, but not wet.
