“There were no injuries. I am at the scene with museum staff and police. Investigations are ongoing”these.
The museum, which houses world-famous works of art such as the “Mona Lisa” by Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519), informed that it will remain closed for “exceptional reasons”.
