A Matadouro Beach, in Ericeira, it was the home of the inauguration event of the Mauli Ola Association in Portugal. The initiative brought together professional surfers and ten children with cystous fibrosis, who realized their dream of surfing for the first time.

The organization was born in California, in the United States, almost two decades ago and has now arrived in Portugal through the hands of professional surfer, Kanoa Igarashi.
