Washington – In the United States, opponents of President Donald Trump held demonstrations across the country on Sunday. Under the motto “No Kings,” millions of people took part in peaceful rallies in more than 800 cities. The organizers wanted to send a signal against what they saw as Trump’s authoritarian policies. At midday (local time), CNN reported 2,500 protests across the country. Leading Republicans sharply criticized the protests.
