The Superior Court of Justice of Madrid agrees with the residents of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in their lawsuit against them after winning a public tender by the capital’s City Council. The ruling, which was announced this Monday, ratifies a previous one issued by the Contentious-Administrative Court number 30 of Madrid and dismisses the appeals filed by the soft club and by the Madrid City Council, which was the one that put out to tender the project. Both entities must assume the procedural costs. The City Council must pay 6,000 euros and Florentino Pérez’s club 12,000.
