Rio de Janeiro Military Police Sergeant William Amaral da Conceição stated not remembering what happened after shooting and killing fellow uniform Eduardo Filipe Santiago Ferreirain the early hours of last Saturday (18) in Vila Valqueire, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro.
