A woman from Michigan, in the United States, transformed a request made to an artificial intelligence into a prize of 100,000 dollars, around 85,000 euros, in the Powerball lottery. By trusting the numbers generated by ChatGPT, she matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball, guaranteeing a value that left her, like her husband, completely surprised.
Virtual luck that became real
According to the French website Le Parisien, which specializes in general news, the woman decided to participate in a Powerball draw that accumulated a jackpot of one billion dollars.
“I only like to play when the prize is high, so I decided to buy a ticket”, he said when he went to the lottery administration. Before resorting to the usual numbers, he asked ChatGPT to generate a new “perfect” combination for the draw.
