In an exclusive interview with reporter Monique Arruda, from LeoDias portalduring the reunion of the cast of , in Rio de Janeiro, on Monday night (20/10), the interpreter of Xânica, , did not hide the emotion of reuniting with old partners and resuming the bond with the broadcaster after 12 years.
“I’m in love with this house, where I’ve been for 20 consecutive years, with a lot of work and a lot of soap operas. I’m thrilled to return to Agnaldo Silva, who gave me so many incredible opportunities, and this will be another one”, declared Carla.

In the 9pm plot, written by Aguinaldo Silva and directed by Luiz Henrique Rios, she gives life to the character who is part of the core villain of the plot. “Xenica is very funny, she is high-spirited, loves shopping and can end up getting into trouble because of it”, revealed the actress.
Regarding the invitation to return to the network, Carla said that, although the call did not come directly from Aguinaldo Silva, the soap opera’s creative team played a fundamental role in her decision. “Luiz Henrique was the last person I worked with here, in Malhação, and I think he was very important in this return”, he explained.
Asked what most motivated her to accept the role, the actress highlighted a special reason: her son’s support. “My son is already 16 years old, he’s graduated, and I wanted him to see me on stage, celebrating with his mother. We’re actresses, we’re artists, we want to be close to the public. It’s time”, concluded Carla, before saying goodbye.
