With stories of improvisation, overcoming and reinvention, the Masterchef Brasil judge promises to inspire the public at the event.
In an exclusive interview with Metropolisesthe singer and social activist also talked about the most challenging moments of his career. “There were several, but I think the beginning of my career was a turning point. I gave up a stable life and went after opening my own restaurant without having all the resources or any guarantee that it would work”, he reported.
And he also highlights: “It was improvisation in the vein, from learning to manage to getting your hands dirty in everything.”
The lead singer of the band Oitão also recalled a difficult period in which he needed to slow down and rethink priorities. “Another strong moment was when I faced burnout. I needed to slow down, review priorities and reinvent my relationship with work and myself.”
For him, everything was a learning experience: “These challenges showed me that creating your own path is painful, but also liberating. And it brings you very important knowledge for success in business.”
