However, it is worth limiting the consumption of white sugar, choosing substitutes such as honey, maple syrup, and if you are on a slimming diet, you can choose stevia, erythritol or xylitol. Spicy spices are also a great addition. cinnamon, cardamom or nutmeg.
To prepare one serving hot chocolateyou will need:
- 250 ml of milk,
- 1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa,
- 30 g of dark chocolate min. 60 percent,
- a pinch of cinnamon,
- 1-2 teaspoons of selected sweetener (can be omitted)
Preparation: Start by heating the milk in a small pot. Add cocoa and mix thoroughly, for example with a whisk. Then add crushed chocolate, cinnamon and your chosen sweetener, e.g. honey or erythritol. Mix everything until the ingredients are combined. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and it’s ready.
