JHC and Renan Filho tie in the dispute for the government of Alagoas

Survey by Paraná Pesquisas shows the mayor of Maceió with 46.3% of voting intentions, compared to 42.1% for the Minister of Transport

A survey by Paraná Pesquisas released this Wednesday (22.Oct.2025) shows that 46.3% of voters in Alagoas would vote for the current mayor of Maceió, (PL), known as JHC, if he decides to run for state government. The Minister of Transport, (MDB), appears next, with 42.1%. Both are tied within the survey’s margin of error of 2.6 percentage points.

Another 4.6% of those interviewed did not know or did not have an opinion, and 7% said they would vote blank or cancel their vote.

Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 1,504 voters from Alagoas from October 17 to 21, 2025. The margin of error is 2.6 percentage points and the confidence level is 95%. Here is the (PDF – kB).
