Linz – The former mayor of Linz, Klaus Luger (SPÖ), has to answer in court for breach of trust in connection with the Brucknerhaus affair. The trial will begin on December 12th in the Linz regional court, it announced on Thursday. The penalty range is up to three years in prison. Luger resigned in the wake of the affair.
