Lawyer and multitasker, Ana Lisboa experienced what many would call success. But behind the busy schedule and results, the body began to show signs of exhaustion.

“It wasn’t for mental health, it was for physical health that I sought therapy. I couldn’t set limits. I went through many inflammatory processes and health problems. They were warnings that I didn’t see. Until the moment my body really stopped me”, recalls Lisboa.

The diagnosis of burnout soon came. A breakdown that forced her to stop and, at the same time, began her true journey. During the recovery period, Ana immersed herself in studies on self-care, body awareness and integrative therapies. What began as a personal search for healing became a collective purpose.

“I began to understand that people took their issues to the judiciary as a way of seeking a remedy or someone to defend them because they were unable to speak, manage their emotions, or express their pain”, he says.

The Altis Group was born to unite business, purpose and positive impact. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a reference in emotional and mental education, and today empowers professionals and companies to create more conscious, healthy and productive work environments.

“The intention was not to have a company or launch courses. I had knowledge and saw that people needed help. So, I started doing lives almost daily during the pandemic with breathing techniques, issues of family conflicts and it worked really well”, he explains.

For Ana, the biggest challenge facing organizations today is balancing performance with well-being.
