Egg mass brings to mind carefree years at grandma’s and a time when such a simple dessert was enough for happiness. Be sure to prepare this one delicious, sweet foam and enjoy its delicacy as before.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 4 teaspoons of white sugar.

How to do it:

Before you start preparing wash the eggs thoroughly under running water. Then place them in a pot and pour hot water. After about a minute, take them out. Scalding the eggs will eliminate harmful pathogens, e.g. salmonella.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Place the yellow part of the eggs in a bowl and add all the sugar to it. Contents of the vessel grind, you can do it with a whisk or mixer. Mix everything until until the sugar dissolvesand its structure will not be noticeable. Kogel-mogel is ready when it resembles fluffy foam.

Kogel-mogel can be eaten in a simple version, without any additives, but its universality allows you to go crazy. If we want to diversify it, it’s best to have dessert serve sprinkled with cinnamon, cocoa or grated chocolate. It will also blend in perfectly with any nuts: hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or even with coconut flakes. Dried fruits will also refresh and enhance its taste.
