According to the organization, the unit is inspired by the Fusion Centers Americans. The structure aims to integrate data, intelligence and operations between different bodies and spheres of government to combat organized crime, according to a report from Estadão on new federal measures in the area of public security.

“The implementation of a Cisppa in Acre is strategic due to its location on the Amazon border strip. The unit will allow to expand the State’s presence, strengthen the fight against cross-border crimes, reinforce environmental inspection, integrate data and operations between federal, state and municipal institutions, and promote coordinated public security actions and protection of natural resources, contributing to the sovereignty and sustainable development of the region”, said the director of Integrated Operations and Intelligence at Senasp, Rodney Silva, in an interview with the newspaper.

The report also highlighted that the investment reinforces the growing relevance of the Amazon region in the fight against organized crime, which takes advantage of the large territorial extension to transport drugs and illegal products through rivers. “Many groups invade indigenous lands to carry out illegal mining and send the product clandestinely out of the country”, says the text.

In addition to the integrated center to be opened in the state, the government should launch, in December, the results of the pilot project for territorial recovery, in addition to a national index to standardize data on unsolved homicides.

O Estadão Finally, he highlighted that the Lula government’s actions gain strength amid the urgency in combating the advance of criminal factions in the country and the centrality that the issue should have in the 2026 elections.
