The extraordinary plenary meeting of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic on the motion to dismiss Samuel Migaľ (independent) from the post of Minister of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization has not yet started. The deputies did not have a quorum. This meeting was initiated by the opposition Progressive Slovakia (PS). The plenum will try to discuss the motion to dismiss the minister again in half an hour, that is at 8:30 a.m.
The PS blames Migaľ for the poor use of European funds, their freezing for cities and municipalities, but especially the public procurement for the supply of IT solutions for the slovensko.sk portal. According to MP Ján Hargaš (PS), the Minister of Investments purchases in such a way that he has almost no documentation for the order.
On the contrary, Migaľ insists that he very openly and in detail explained the details regarding the slovensko.sk portal project.
