An incredible incident happened in , when the plane of President Murmou got stuck in the fresh cement, during the landing.
On Wednesday morning, Indian President Draupadi Murmu had just disembarked from a helicopter in the Kerala region, where she was going to a temple to participate in a scheduled prayer. Her escort realized that the helicopter’s skids were sinking into the concrete.
Immediately there was a mobilization, with policemen and firemen rushing and starting to push the heavy vehicle.
The mission proved to be difficult as, as informed by the local authorities, the concrete was fresh and due to the rains, it had not completely dried. So the weight of the helicopter caused it to give way and eventually it got stuck. After the end of the prayer, President Murmou continued her tour by road.
