The police charged 27-year-old Dominik H. The incident happened on Thursday (October 23) in the morning. Bratislava regional police spokeswoman Silvia Šimková informed TASR about this.
She specified that there was a verbal conflict between two customers in the grocery store, which later turned into a physical attack. “The subject of the exchange of views was the actions of 27-year-old Dominik H., who pushed a customer in front of him, which resulted in physical violence. “Shortly after the crime, a man was attacked and treated by emergency medical workers, while 27-year-old Dominik H. was detained by the patrol of the Emergency Motorized Unit,” said the spokeswoman.
She added that on Friday (October 24), the investigator charged the detained man with the crime of disorderly conduct in conjunction with the offense of bodily harm in the attempted stage. “If proven guilty before a court, he faces a prison sentence of one to three years,added Šimková.
