The latest statement by experts from the Botanischer Sondergarten Wandsbek in Hamburg attracted a lot of attention. Workers for more than twenty years every year they choose the most poisonous plant of the year to raise public awareness of its risks.

The western kidney bean comes from South America and its fruits consist of two parts: a juicy apple and a hard nut. Only after roasting is this nut suitable for consumption and turns into a healthy delicacy rich in nutrients.
