I boil eggs, grate carrots, add tuna. This layered salad is heavenly

New week, new salad – this time I plan to prepare a layered recipe with my favorite tuna. I ate it once at my aunt’s name-day party and I really liked it – it only uses a few ingredients and doesn’t require much work.

  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 2 onions,
  • 5 eggs,
  • 150 g of yellow cheese,
  • a few black olives for decoration,
  • sun

Sos:

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 2 tablespoons of cream 12%,
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar,
  • salt and pepper.

Hard boil the eggs, peel and separate the yolks from the whites. Grate separately on a fine grater.

Peel the carrots, cook until soft and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes and, if necessary, scald with boiling water to soften the taste. Grate the yellow cheese. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and spices. Mix into a smooth, creamy sauce.

In a transparent salad bowl or bowl, arrange the ingredients in layers in the following order: half a portion of grated cheese, onion, tuna, sauce, yolks, carrots, egg whites, a pinch of salt and the other part of grated cheese.

Decorate everything with sliced black olives. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
