Milei thanked his allies and stated that the next two years will be decisive in consolidating the liberal agenda started in 2023.

“In the next two years, we need to consolidate the reformist path to turn Argentina’s history upside down. We are focused on implementing the reforms that Argentina needs to take off and become great again. The new Congress will be essential for this change of direction,” he said.

The president also highlighted the support of his sister and general secretary of the Presidency, Karina Milei, and advisor Santiago Caputo, whom he called “giants”. He also thanked former Chancellor Gerardo Werthein, recently replaced by Pablo Quirno.

During the speech, Milei sent a direct message to governors and allied parties, asking for dialogue to approve priority projects.

“We want to invite the governors who will be represented to discuss these agreements together. We are happy to know that, in many provinces, the second biggest force was not Kirchnerism, but the provincial ruling party. They are rational and pro-capitalist actors, and one plus one equals two,” he stated.

In the end, the president celebrated the 14 percentage point advantage over Kirchnerism and reinforced his speech against economic populism.

“Argentines have shown that they do not want to return to the failed model of monetary inflation, the useless State and insecurity. They said ‘no more populism’. May God bless the Argentines, may the forces of heaven be with us, and long live freedom, dammit”, he concluded.
