You can prepare this simple plum cake in no time – just throw all the ingredients into a food processor, mix and transfer to a baking tray. No more dirty dishes and pots to enjoy homemade, aromatic cake. The whole thing is soft, moist and slightly crispy on the outside. You certainly won’t find an equally simple and delicious recipe for every occasion. Cake will surely save you many times during unexpected guests’ visits or when your family members suddenly feel like eating something sweet.

Ingredients:
Cake:
- 2 kg of plums,
- 420 g of cake flour,
- 200 g of vegetable margarine,
- 70 g sugar,
- 4 eggs,
- package of vanilla sugar,
- a spoon of baking powder,
- a pinch of salt.
Crumble:
- 90 g sugar,
- 300 g of wheat flour,
- 150 g of vegetable margarine,
- package of vanilla sugar.
How to do it:
1) Prepare the dough. Place all ingredients, except plums, in a food processor and mix until smooth, compact and sticky. Place the dough in a 30×40 cm baking tin lined with baking paper. Stretch them along the edges with your fingers or a small roller.
2) Wash the plums, remove the seeds and cut them into quarters. Place them vertically in the dough.
3) Prepare the crumble. Place all ingredients back in the food processor and knead into crumbs with the consistency of wet sand. Sprinkle it evenly on the dough and press gently.
4) Insert a simple plum tree into the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 40 minutes. Remove and leave to cool before removing from the tin.
Serve the cake warm or cold. Store the cake in the refrigerator for 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
