The Tivoli Hotels & Resorts group will hold, on November 17th, the first edition of the “Tivoli Talent Stage. Job Expo”, an event dedicated to attracting and valuing talent in the hotel industry, which will take place at the Vilamoura Congress Center.
According to the group, this is an initiative “designed by those who experience the hotel industry every day, with the purpose of inspiring and creating bridges between those looking for an opportunity and those who believe in the power of people to transform experiences”.
The event will bring together students, professionals and those curious about the hotel industry, with vacancies available in various roles, such as room service, front-office, kitchen, pastry shop, restaurant and bar. The majority of opportunities are located in Tivoli units in the Algarve.
Throughout the day, the program will include an interactive showroom, where Tivoli teams will share their experiences, and Tivoli Talks, a series of conversations on topics such as inclusion, social responsibility and career development. There will also be a presentation by the Hotel Academy Lab, in partnership with IEFP, and a motivational talk with Jorge Sequeira, author of the work “Dar ao Pedal”.
According to Carla Silva, People Director at Minor Hotels for Portugal, “with this initiative we intend to anticipate and identify new talent in a timely manner for recruitment at the beginning of 2026. We still have some opportunities for this year, but, for the most part, the vacancies are intended for the operation starting in January”.
The person in charge adds that the action also aims to “raise awareness of existing vacancies, promote the Tivoli brand as a reference employer, provide contact with our employees and explore relevant topics in Tivoli Talks, such as inclusion and social responsibility, the value of our employer brand, the development and career progression of our people, how we promote a culture of well-being and how our leaders inspire teams.”
Participants will also have access to Career Coaching sessions, where they can reflect on their professional journey and align objectives with real opportunities in the sector.
