London – A three-day hearing in the Felipe Massa case began on Wednesday at the High Court in London. The former Brazilian Formula 1 driver filed a lawsuit in March last year because he felt he was deprived of the 2008 world championship title. Massa is demanding 64 million pounds (73 million euros). Lawyers for Formula 1, former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone and the world automobile association FIA pleaded for the statute of limitations to expire on Wednesday.
