Vienna/Mattighofen/Wels – The listed parent company of the Upper Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM, Pierer Mobility AG, will be renamed Bajaj Mobility AG. In addition, all supervisory board members nominated by Stefan Pierer will resign from their mandate to make way for new supervisory board members from the new Indian majority shareholder Rajiv Bajaj. An extraordinary general meeting will take place on November 19th, as the company announced on Tuesday evening.
