Monika Křivová is a lawyer, mediator and successful entrepreneur. At first glance, it might seem that he has everything he wants. However, her life is also accompanied by a difficult test. He is her fiancé former mafia boss Mikuláš Černák, who has been behind bars for more than 26 years and it is not excluded that he will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Many fans of the famous couple express their appreciation to Monika for her strength and perseverance. They admire how she can mentally handle not only a relationship with a man who is serving a sentence behind bars, but also all the trials and the pressure that comes with it. “How a person handles certain life situations depends on the psyche. I have been through many disappointments in my life. I had to struggle for everything, rely only on myself. I didn’t get anything for free, everything cost me a lot of effort and time. My psyche is therefore resilient and stable. I’m also the type of person who always remembers that it could always be worse,” she said on her Instagram.
One of her supporters openly asked if in twelve years by Černak’s side, she never thought about finding another partner and let the ex-mafia go to the water. “Not by chance,” she retorted sharply. The former boss of the Banská Bystrica underworld can marry his fiancee also rely on the family home in Telgárt, where he comes from. Křivová takes care of him and regularly goes there for check-ups so that Mikuláš can be sure that everything is in order.
The overwhelming majority of citizens believed that Černak was in a separate cell with great restrictions in the prison. However, it is not true. “I have heard several statements that Miki is in solitary confinement. Maybe some would like that, but he has been in the collective for many years. He moved within the framework of the development of his personality, was continuously evaluated by experts and, based on positive results, was assigned to an open section in differentiation group A, in which only adaptable convicts who have shown intensive progress in the field of resocialization can be included,” explained his beloved half.
He also has company in his cell. “Miki has been housed with several convicts for several years, the food service where he works also works on the principle that he meets all the convicts in the ward, with teachers, psychologists, ZVJS members every day,” explained.
She immediately described what his normal day looks like. “His regime has not changed. It is the same as it was even before the announcement of the decision of OS Trnava and rejection of the PP proposal. He gets up at 3:30 a.m. and starts work at 4:00 a.m. This is followed by the taking over of the food for the convicts from the kitchen, its distribution and the gradual distribution of the whole day’s food to the convicts according to the schedule and other work activities related to the delivery of things to convicts,” she described her fiancé’s activities.
At the same time, she is familiar with how Mikuláš spends his time when he does not have to work. “During his personal time off, he devotes himself to educational and sports activities, that is, he uses all available leisure activities. “He talks to family members on the phone, goes for walks every day, reads books, studies on a PC and watches world events on TV,” she added. “I regularly inform Miki of your encouraging comments and messages. He greets you all personally and thanks you for your support,” she told the Slovaks.
