São Paulo government launches research on public values

The Government of São Paulo, through the State Comptroller General, launched on Tuesday (Oct 28) a survey of the values ​​of the São Paulo Public Administration. The research’s target audience is all public agents from direct and indirect public administration bodies and entities and its purpose is to identify the values ​​that will guide São Paulo’s public administration.

The survey consists of 5 questions. Responses are anonymous and will be used exclusively for institutional purposes.

Values ​​are principles and beliefs that guide the decisions and behavior of individuals in institutions, defining organizational identity and culture. In this way, the participation of all public agents is fundamental to the definition of these values ​​that will guide the decisions, actions and interpersonal and interinstitutional relationships of the São Paulo public administration.

The Paulista Public Administration Values ​​Survey is part of the São Paulo State Government’s Anti-Corruption Plan, also known as Anti-Corruption Radar. The PAC was launched in May 2023 and includes 118 initiatives that will be put into practice by 2026. To date, 85 actions have been completed, which represents 72%.

The survey will be available until November 14th. The link will be sent to state public agents via institutional email, made available on SEI, SOU and published by the UGIs in their respective bodies and entities.
