Megaoperation in RJ: 64% of residents approve, shows Genial/Quaest survey

A new Genial/Quest survey, released this Sunday, November 2, shows that 64% of Rio de Janeiro residents approve of the mega-operation carried out in the Penha and Alemã complexes, in Rio de Janeiro, last Tuesday (28).

This is what the research “Assessment of police operations in Rio de Janeiro” shows, based on 1,500 face-to-face interviews, on October 30th and 31st, with residents of Rio de Janeiro aged 16 or over, who responded to structured questionnaires.

Only 27% of those interviewed said they did not support the operation, while 6% said they neither approved nor disapproved; 3% did not know how to answer.
