Belarus will reopen its embassy in Bratislava. On Monday, the BelTA agency reported about it, according to which Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turčin signed the relevant resolution. The opening of the embassy is scheduled for September next year.
“The restoration of the permanent diplomatic presence of Belarus in Slovakia will significantly strengthen efforts to develop political, commercial, economic and investment relations, enable practical examination of the possibilities of industrial cooperation and facilitate joint entry into new markets,” the press department of the Belarusian government said, according to BelTA. Belarus closed its embassy in Bratislava at the beginning of last year. His agenda was taken over by the embassy in Vienna.
