A Amazon reached 250 logistics centers spread across all states in Brazil. The expansion, which added more than 100 new units in 2025, an average of two centers per week, reinforces the company’s strategy of accelerating delivery times, expanding storage capacity and consolidating its presence in national e-commerce.
In 2024, there were more than R$13.6 billion invested, focusing on innovation, automation and inclusion of local sellers. The Brazilian operation has more than 36 thousand direct and indirect employees.

A logistics expansion it was also accompanied by measures to support the platform’s more than 100,000 partner sellers. The company announced that the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program would be free until December and reduced fees on other services, such as Delivery By Amazon (DBA) and FBA Onsite.
The objective is to facilitate entrepreneurs’ access to Amazon’s logistics network and expand its reach to customers across the country and abroad, says the company.
According to the company, the implementation of artificial intelligence and automation has accelerated the transformation of Brazilian operations. In six years, Amazon went from a single logistics center to more than 250, reducing the implementation time for each unit by 77%.
The product selection has also grown: from 1 million to 180 million items, with 30 million added in 2025 alone.
“With our logistics network and technology distributed across all regions, we are accelerating delivery times and improving our customers’ experience”, highlights Juliana.
According to the company, the coverage is 100% of Brazilian municipalities, with 78% of marketplace sales taking place outside the states where the sellers are based.
