The deputy (União Brasil-CE) presented this Tuesday (4) a request to add the , sent by the government to Congress last Friday (31), to the text he authored that .
In the request, the parliamentarian argues that the and have a similar objective, as they suggest changes to criminal and procedural legislation with the aim of strengthening the fight against criminal factions, organized crime and militias, “which act in a way that destabilizes public order and state security”.
Forte states that, despite there being small technical changes, the intention of both is to confront factions, considering that the two projects seek the how, the and the, “recognizing that the current legislation is insufficient for the severity of the threat”.
