Many flower lovers believe that plants have magical powers. Some, although beautiful, can bring bad luck. Although this issue can be approached with caution, many people avoid certain flowers like the plague, fearing their unfavorable energy for household members. This is stated in folk beliefs that have been passed down to us for generations and are supposed to warn us against bad energy. And regardless of whether we believe in superstitions or not, one thing is certain: the presence of plants in our environment has a huge impact on our well-being. One of the plants about which there are many superstitions is sansevieria. Many beliefs about this plant, popular among Poles, talk about its good powers.

Sansevieria, also known as snake plant or mother-in-law’s tongue, is surrounded by many superstitions and beliefs, often contradictory ones. This is due to its characteristic appearance and durability. Some beliefs attribute to sansevieria the ability to protect against negative energy and evil spirits. Its presence in the home is believed to create a protective shield. In feng shui, sansevieria is considered wealth and prosperity. However, it must be placed in the right place, e.g. in the wealth zone (south-east corner of the house).
