This Wednesday (05/11), in Vila Belmiro, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), São Paulo hosts the clash against Flamengo, for the 32nd round of the Brasileirão 2025. The match takes place at the Santos stadium due to the concert schedule at Morumbis. So far, Tricolor has not had to pay any direct amount to Santos to use the Village – the Use of the stadium is part of a reciprocity agreement signed between the two clubs in July.

According to the agreement, São Paulo can play three matches at Vila Belmiro without immediate financial costs, while Santos has the right to use Morumbis for the same number of games, also with no payment involved. In other words, it is an exchange of commands based on mutual benefit, not rent.

The schedule of recent events at Morumbis began with the presentations of Imagine Dragons, on October 31st and November 1st. Afterwards, the stage will welcome Linkin Park, Dua Lipa and Oasis, whose show is scheduled for November 23rd. The intense schedule compromises the pitch and prevents the use of the venue for matches.

In addition to the clash with Flamengo, São Paulo will also play other home matches away from their stadium. The duels against Red Bull Bragantino, Juventude and Internacional, valid for the last rounds of the Brasileirão, will also be held at Vila Belmiro.

The only point still undefined is the fourth game that São Paulo will play at Vila Belmiro – this was not foreseen in the original agreement, and, therefore, the form of compensation or eventual payment will still be negotiated between the clubs.
