Teresa Guilherme gave an intimate interview to ‘TV Guia’ magazine in which, among other things, she spoke about her departure from TVI in 2021, after having returned to present two reality shows– one solo and the other in the company of Cláudio Ramos.
After ‘analysing’ the current situation regarding this type of formats and also highlighting the differences she feels compared to those she presented for many years on the Queluz de Baixo channel, the communicator spoke ‘without words’ about her departure.
“I didn’t leave, they completely removed me. They never invited me again and that was it. But it would be very difficult to do anything for TVI again”he began by confessing.
Teresa Guilherme then explained how her relationship with the channel was in the last projects she participated in, making a comparison with CMTV, a channel she has been with for two years.
“Because it wasn’t pleasant. I’ve said it many times, and I said it from the beginning, that people treat me very well here, at CMTV. Everything is attentive, people respect each other. I’ve never heard a shout here, everyone knows their place. TVI has difficulties for more sensitive people like me, who say what they think. People have to be very politically correct, they have to be diplomats to work there. And there are some who can do it and others who can’t”he considered.
Confronted about this “removal” being a heartbreak, Teresa Guilherme said: “No! Do you think I have room for these sorrows? No. If I think that I lived for years at SIC, which is a station that I love. Unlike TVI, I have always loved SIC, perhaps because of the [Emídio] Rangel”realized.
