Mattersburg/Eisenstadt – The criminal proceedings against ex-Commerzialbank boss Martin Pucher pending at the Eisenstadt regional court have been terminated. The reason for this is the 69-year-old’s state of health, a court spokesman confirmed on Thursday in response to an APA request Delivery man.
