A company that began as a reseller of traditional motorcycles is now emerging as one of the boldest bets in the world. electric mobility in Brazil.
A Bee Brazilwhich earned R$37 million in 2024 and plans to reach R$50 million in 2025invests in innovation to transform the way people move. And it already crosses borders, with units in the country and even in Lisbon.
“Innovation is our differentiator. We are the brand that most innovates in the micromobility market”, he states Júlia Lagoeiro, co-founder of Bee Brasil.
Bee Brasil: From traditional retail to electric innovation
The company’s trajectory began 25 years ago with the name AlanMotors.
“In 2015, we took a decisive step: we started importing our own products and developing our brand. This is how Bee was born, initially with combustion motorcycles”, says Júlia.
The pivot towards electric vehicles, according to Júlia, was essential to align with sustainability and innovation trends. “It was at that moment that Bee took on the form you know today”, he remembers.
Rising revenue and international expansion
Currently, the company has 10 own unitsthree of them located in prominent shopping malls in Rio de Janeiro, Niterói and São Paulo. In addition to a store in Lisbon (Portugal).
Although it does not yet operate with resellers, the company is already preparing the ground for this expansion model, which should accelerate the brand’s presence in new markets.
To sustain growth, Bee Brasil has a strategic partnership with XP Companiesstarted in 2021. The company deals with a complex operation: it purchases inputs in China, assembles the products in Brazil and only then distributes it to its own units, which requires cash flow.

According to the co-founder, proximity to XP is crucial to guarantee sustainability in the company’s integrated model. “We take care of the entire process from end to end. And adequate financial support makes all the difference to the brand’s growth”, he highlights.
With international expansion underway, revenue on an upward trajectory and the support of a robust financial partner, Bee Brasil is positioned as one of the most relevant players in the electric micromobility ecosystem in the country.
