Norway announced this Thursday the investment of US$3 billion in the Tropical Forests Forever Fund (TFFF), a Brazilian initiative to finance the conservation of forests around the world through investments.
The European country is the third, after Brazil and Indonesia, to announce resources for the fund.
According to sources interviewed by Reuters, the investment will be made over 10 years.
