World football association FIFA will award its own peace prize in the future – for Trump?

Zurich/Washington – The world football association FIFA has launched a new award. The “FIFA Peace Prize – Football Connects the World” award will be presented for the first time on December 5th in Washington at the draw for the 2026 World Cup, FIFA announced. The award is intended to “honor people who have made an extraordinary commitment to peace.”
