This dish will delight anyone who likes the combination of crunchy vegetables and delicate cutlets baked in a herbal aroma. Just a few simple ingredients are enough to create a nutritious dinner for the whole family.
To prepare this casserole, you need a few ingredients that you can easily find in any store. It is worth reaching for fresh vegetables and good quality meat to fully bring out the taste of autumn. Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
- ½ teaspoon of marjoram,
- ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds,
- ½ teaspoon of chili flakes,
- ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- ½ teaspoon of thyme,
- ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds,
- ½ piece of stale kaiser cheese,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 100 g green beans,
- 300 g minced pork shoulder meat,
- 4 potatoes.
To prepare this dish you will also need: milk to soak kaiser rolls, sunflower oil for frying and olive oil for baking. Use a handful for decoration fresh herbs.

Start by preparing the vegetables. Peel the potatoescut them into pieces and steam them for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the green beans, cut off the ends and cook them al dente in salted water. Wash the peppers and remove the seeds and cut into strips. Then deal with the meat. Soak the kaiser roll in milk and then squeeze out the excess liquid. Chop the onion finely and press the garlic through a press. Combine everything with minced meatadd the egg, parsley and squeezed bread. Season with salt and pepper, then knead the mixture with your hands until it becomes smooth and elastic.
