After a few days away from Portugal, Ana Barbosa is now back in our country, however she experienced a very unpleasant situation when getting on the plane that would take her home.
Through her Instagram account, the former ‘Big Brother 2021’ contestant explained that she paid for a service and that it ended up not being properly provided to her.
“Disgraceful TAP. Never again in my life!”started by writing. “We pay (and it’s not a little) in addition to our ticket, to have a better, bigger seat, to be able to take our cabin bag… and have more comfort on the flight. What happens? They make those who don’t pay for these services enter first and when we go to get on the plane, there’s no more space in the luggage compartments and we have to put our luggage in the hold!”but
Ana Barbosa was perplexed by the airline’s lack of professionalism and also asked her followers if they had ever experienced a similar situation: “But what organization is this??? What work is yours? What are we paying for a service?”.
