BOSTON (USA) – Hearing does not guarantee revenue. This is the definition of Mica Rocha, influencer and founder of Misha, Open Era and Color Made, with more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram alone.
“Creator economy It’s cool, but the audience, no matter how much they love you, doesn’t guarantee revenue. I had 1 million followers, with engagement, but I dropped it”, said Mica during an event promoted by MBA Brasil.
The shoe brand that failed, according to Mica, “didn’t have my potential and several mistakes were made”. She adds: “An authentic idea can sometimes just be your ego.”

The frankness is accompanied by the clarity that she has found the right path with her other brands.
“I’m a blogger millennialand you notice the change in generation and behavior. We live in a duality, and sometimes I question whether I am getting old and uninteresting,” he said.
Mica also notices these dualities in her relationship with social media, as she “lives in two worlds”: that of an influencer and that of a leader of successful brands. “Before, I thought everyone had to like me.”
Today, she leads a semi-jewelry company, a clothing brand and even maintains a business school for entrepreneurs.
Mica Rocha participated in the fourth edition of the MBA Brasil Conference. This year, 300 Brazilian students were present at the MIT Media Lab, in Boston, United States, and listened to lectures on topics such as AI, market transformations, sustainability, digital transformation and much more.
