Braces is a vegetable well-known and used in cooking for centuries – its intense aroma and unique taste are inimitable. Interestingly, after pickling, it not only gains even better taste, but also becomes even healthier.

Pickled celery is rich in natural probiotics and perfectly supports the proper functioning of the intestines and the body’s overall immunity. Additionally, it contains B vitamins, vitamin C, and minerals such as: potassium or magnesium. It helps lower blood pressure, strengthens bones and teeth, removes excess water from the body and supports kidney function. Is it worth eating pickled celery? As you can see, definitely yes.

What can you use pickled celery for in the kitchen? There are many possibilities, because this ingredient is truly versatile and can be used in everyday cooking.

Above all it can simply be a salad for dinner – goes well with both meat and, for example, fish dishes, due to its sour-aromatic taste. It also perfectly enhances soups, it is worth adding a bit to cabbage soup or borscht.

Pickled celery can also be a surprising, delicious addition to a party snack board. Some people also eat it on a sandwich – it is a great alternative to, for example, pickled cucumber. Pickled celery can also enhance the taste of potato salads, especially popular during the barbecue season, but not only.
