Adobe launches, this Monday (10), the Acrobat Studioa new platform that unites artificial intelligence, productivity and visual creation in a single environment. The tool promises to transform the way professionals and companies deal with documents, combining Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Express and new personalized AI assistants.

Currently, it is the main document standard in the worldwith 3 trillion files in circulation and more than 400 billion PDFs opened in Adobe products in the last year, according to data presented by the company. Additionally, searches for PDFs have grown 11% compared to the previous yearconsolidating the format as the most used for strategic and commercial information.

Acrobat Studio brings the PDF Spaces feature that allows you to gather more than 100 files, links and web pages in the same environment, in which teams can interact, compare and summarize documents with the support of AI agents. These assistants can be configured for different functions: such as instructor, analyst or consultantdepending on the project you want to execute.

The platform also integrates Adobe Express Premium, which offers tools, as well as branded kits and professional templates. Thus, it is possible to transform data and insights from documents into reports, presentations and posts for social networks quickly and visually.

Among the highlights is also the Acrobat AI Assistantwhich allows you to analyze long documents, extract structured information and answer questions with clickable quotes, indicating the exact point in the source text. The feature is capable of summarizing reports, contracts and extensive transcripts.

“We want Acrobat Studio to transform the way people interact with PDFs. Now, it is possible to not only view, but also create, review and share files with artificial intelligence and automation”, said Rodrigo Munhoz, Adobe representative in Brazil.
