Application due soon: Italy’s cuisine should become a UNESCO cultural heritage

Rome/New Delhi – UNESCO has given initial approval to the inclusion of Italian cuisine in the list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization announced this on Monday.
