Austria gave Ukraine two “special trains” – and the FPÖ doesn’t like it

The Republic of Austria is supporting Ukraine, which is currently under daily attack due to the Russian war of aggression, wherever it can. That is the credo of the federal government. In June, this meant that Transport Minister Peter Hanke (SPÖ) donated two motor tower cars – according to a press release, “special vehicles for the construction and maintenance of overhead lines” – to Ukraine. In Austria they would no longer have been usable, the minister now writes in a parliamentary question answer to the FPÖ.
