Victims were aged 21 to 25; One of the passengers in the vehicle survived with a dislocated arm
A car fell from a viaduct on an access road to the Rodoanel, in São Bernardo do Campo, in ABC São Paulo, on Sunday night (9.nov.2025). Four people in the vehicle died and one survived. The victims were aged 21 to 25.
The Highway Police reported that the car was coming from the south coast of São Paulo towards the east of the capital, when the driver lost control and fell onto Rodovia Anchieta. According to the the viaduct is 10 meters high and it was raining at the time of the accident.
The victims were identified as:
- Henry Antônio Marioto25 years old, IT assistant;
- Julia Gasparino22 years old, occupational therapist;
- Vitória Sampaio22 years old, biomedical;
- Eduarda Aiko21 years old, beautician.
The survivor is psychologist Giovana Ribeiro, aged 23. According to the g1she was taken to the São Bernardo do Campo Emergency Hospital, with a dislocation in her arm. Ribeiro informed the police that the driver had not drunk any alcohol.
An investigation was opened to determine the cause of the accident.
