You only need a few sheets of pasta to create miniature lasagna in the form of cupcakes. Each of them has a classic Italian flavor – tomato sauce with meat and a bit of mozzarellawhich forms a crispy shell after baking. There’s plenty of cupcakes, too creamy ricotta and expressive parmesan cheese, which replace traditional béchamel. This is a great way to serve lasagna individually – without cutting and mess. The cupcakes look impressive and are convenient to eat. Serve them at a party with your loved ones and they’ll be the first to disappear.

Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna sheets,
- 200 g of ground beef,
- 200 ml tomato passata,
- 150 g mozzarella,
- 100 g sera ricotta,
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- oil for frying and greasing,
- basil for decoration.
How to do it:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat, then cool and place in a bowl.
- Pour the tomato passata into the bowl with the meat and mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta with 3/4 of the grated mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
- Cook the lasagne until al dente according to the instructions on the package. Divide each lobe in half.
- Grease the holes in the muffin tin well with oil or butter. Place half of the lasagna sheet into the bottom of each hole, then insert the other half, rotating it 90 degrees to avoid the possibility of the meat and tomato sauce leaking out. Trim the pieces of pasta above the edges so that they do not stick out from above the hole.
- Place alternating spoonfuls of the following on the pasta: meat sauce, cheese mass, meat sauce, cheese mass and finally meat sauce again. Then sprinkle them evenly with the remaining mozzarella.
- Put the lasagna-like muffins in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is nicely browned. Remove everything from the oven and leave the dish to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Loosen the cupcakes gently with a knife and carefully remove them. Serve warm, decorated with chopped basil.
