Dado Dolabella speaks out after ex-girlfriend says she will report him for assault

However, the actor spoke out this Sunday (9/11) and, in defense, shared an audio of an argument, denying his ex’s accusations. The model, who is currently in France, declared that she intends to register the complaint upon returning to Brazil. Furthermore, she plans to request a protective measure against her ex-partner.

In a video published alongside lawyer Mara Damasceno, who calls herself “Lawyer for men that everyone condemns before listening” on social media, Dado presented her version of the facts. He showed clips of videos in which, according to him, he secretly recorded a discussion with Marcela, questioning her about a fight that occurred a few days ago and which ended up becoming a topic on “Domingo Espetacular”.

In the audio released by Dado, he states: “This is what happened, he didn’t mention it at any time, people think I attacked you. First, people think I attacked you. Second, people think I attacked you because of the salt. Is that what happened?”

Marcela responds in the audio: “No, I slapped you in the face, because you took it and said that’s why I wasn’t serious with anyone, that’s why my marriage was shit. Here, slap me in the face like that, inside my house.”

According to the lawyer, during the argument Marcela approached Dado shouting and insulting him. Still according to the defense, he retorted by calling her spoiled and stating that this behavior would explain why his previous relationships didn’t work out — a supposed history that Dado then presents in another audio.

In another published excerpt, Dado reports that information circulated that Marcela had thrown a knife at an ex. To the accusation, the model responds: “No, I threw a knife at him. I caught it, turned around and said: ‘Either you stay quiet or I’m going to stick the knife in you.’ But, and then I sent him out of my house.”

Still in the caption of the joint publication, Dado wrote: “Transparency and respect. In the face of inaccurate information, I will make available, with truth and evidence, excerpts from records that help clarify the context. No attacks, no offenses, just verifiable facts. I reaffirm my repudiation of violence and my trust in Justice. The truth will be demonstrated in the records and here with responsibility.”

The parties remain in conflict, and the expectation is that the situation will develop as soon as Marcela returns to the country to formalize the complaint.
