The highway operator Arteris won this Tuesday (11) the auction for controlling interest in BR-101/RJ, Autopista Fluminense, with a discount offer of 0.00%, after being the only bidder for the event.
The company already controlled the administration of the stretch, which covers 322 kilometers and connects the State of Rio de Janeiro to Espírito Santo.
The project foresees a total investment of more than R$10 billion, involving duplication of lanes, creation of additional lanes along the highway and reinforcement of maintenance and modernization of strategic sections.
