The federal public defender, , authorized the sending of a task force to help , central-south of , last week and left at least seven dead.
The emergency operation is scheduled to take place until the 28th. The body will help with the regularization of documents, access to benefits, emergency legal assistance and the identification of rights violations, in coordinated action with the Public Defender’s Office of Paraná to avoid overlapping work and accelerate the public response.
The federal public defender says the idea is to “arrive quickly, reduce social harm and prevent post-disaster disorganization from leaving families without protection.”
